About Latitude & Standard
Latitude & Standard is an independent advisory practice focused on helping health, benefits, and wellbeing organizations understand their readiness, strengthen their employer signal, and move forward with clarity and confidence. The work is grounded in employer informed insight, practical experience, and a structured framework that helps leaders see their organization clearly.
My Background
I’ve spent my career working across the employer, consulting, and vendor ecosystems; leading global wellbeing strategy, advising multinational organizations, and helping companies shape offerings that resonate with employers. My work has centered on connecting strategy, positioning, and execution in ways that create meaningful impact.
I founded Latitude & Standard to give organizations a clear, structured way to understand where they are today, what employers actually value, and how to move forward with alignment and purpose.
What We Help Organizations Do:
Vendor & program evaluation

Benefits Vendor Governance Review — assess contract terms, outcomes reporting, and accountability across your vendor portfolio
Strategy & design
Global Benefits Strategy Blueprint — a multiyear roadmap aligning benefits design across markets
Workforce Health Strategy Sprint — claims, utilization, and listening data turned into a prioritized action plan
Wellbeing Program Design Sprint — a scoped engagement to design or redesign a wellbeing offering for a specific population
Advisory & ongoing support
Fractional Global Benefits Advisor — an ongoing retainer for companies without in-house global benefits expertise
Executive Benefits Briefing — a recurring session translating market/regulatory trends into board- or CHRO-level guidance
Transactions & change
M&A Benefits Due Diligence — assess target-company benefits liabilities and integration risk during a deal
Global Benefits Harmonization — align benefits post-merger or post-restructuring across newly combined markets
Vendor-side offer
Enterprise Readiness Advisory — for health and wellbeing vendors, assessing whether their solution, positioning, and proof points are ready for enterprise and multinational buyers, and what to fix before going to market.
Why Latitude & Standard
Organizations often know they need clarity — but they don’t always have a structured way to get there. Latitude & Standard provides a practical, employer‑informed framework that helps leaders make confident decisions, align their teams, and communicate their value with purpose.
